Day 1094
Day 1094 brought Seahaven Springs the kind of evening that reminds us why we keep watching: a perfect rainbow arcing over puddles, fog hovering at town's edge like a curtain held by an invisible hand, and the community orchard in blossom so briefly it felt like a gift. Truman sang badly to his favourite song, lost another sandwich to a seagull (third time this season), and finished a project with Elaine Whitlow that the two of them had quietly promised each other. Meanwhile, Bev and Hal, and Elaine and Marla, seem to have decided their friendship deserves a little planning—and somewhere at The Anchor, a mysterious face from Truman's past drifted through town in a different coat, carrying a different life, while the dart players bickered about whose fault the board really was. Tomorrow will come, as it always does, with its own small mysteries and its own unreasonable light.
