Day 1695

What a day in Seahaven Springs! Milo walked free from the Sheriff's office with nothing but a handshake and a lesson learned, while Hattie bounced right back out of Seahaven General, fit as a fiddle. The afternoon brought rain and rainbows in equal measure, and half the town found reasons to sit outside afterwards — though poor Abel seemed to lose a staring contest with a gull down at the dock. But The Anchor stole the show when Rex and Bea came to gentle blows over fishing tales tall enough to scrape the clouds, landing Bea a night in Hal's cells to cool off. Through it all, Truman went about his day with his usual earnest rhythm, singing badly to his radio and waving at everyone, blissfully unaware of the small dramas swirling around him — or that somewhere, the radio had whispered his exact location, if anyone had been listening.
