16:00A form has been filed correctly at the first attempt. Town Hall is quietly jubilant.
17:00Business is slow enough that Milo Ferris has been sent home early. Nobody argues.
18:00Friday evening has begun at The Anchor. Rex is polishing the good glasses.
19:00The puddle outside the Sunrise Café has returned to its usual dimensions.
20:00The rain has driven everyone indoors, and the café is doing the best trade of the week.
21:00Faint harmonica music was heard from the dock. Gus denies everything.
