What a day in Seahaven Springs! The bakery's aroma drew half the town away from their tasks, while orchard work and sketching by the shoreline have blossomed from hobby into calling for those who tend them. A familiar face from Truman's past drifted through town in a borrowed coat, leaving him wonderfully unsettled—but a timely visit from an old friend soon set him right again. As evening fell, The Anchor became the stage for high drama: a pickled egg sparked such heated words between Edie and Hattie that Sheriff Brody kindly invited Edie to spend a cooling-off night in the holding cell, where she's settling in quite comfortably. Meanwhile, Abel tends his scraped pride at Seahaven General, the traveling gnome has found a new home on someone's porch, and somewhere down by the dock, someone's been playing harmonica. A rainbow blessed the town after the rain, and tonight the light over the bay is nothing short of cinematic.
