What a day Seahaven Springs has given us—rainbows and blossoms, two clocks arguing their little hearts out, and a heron at Miller's Pond with all the time in the world. The orchard wore its finest whites, the tide pulled back to show us secrets, and somewhere between the Sunrise Café and Town Hall, connections deepened in the quiet way this town prefers. But as the sun set and The Anchor filled with voices, a heated disagreement over a pickled egg landed our dear Hattie in Sheriff Brody's holding cell for the evening—not as punishment, mind you, but as sanctuary. She's cooling off with a cup of tea and the town's genuine concern, while Linus nurses his wounded pride and Cole Whitlow fumbles his way through the piano. Truman, of course, remains blissfully unaware of the commotion, still marveling at how lovely it all is.
