Day 1981 in Seahaven Springs, under rainy skies. Linus Tidewater has been discharged from Seahaven General and is right as rain. Somebody has been asked to need Truman Beaumont's help with something small and absorbing. Ned Ferris was born to Lark Ferris and Abel Callahan.
