Day 3698
Day 3698 in Seahaven Springs, under sunny skies. The queue at the bakery has reached the door. Nobody minds; it is that kind of queue. Perry Gorse's small gathering has come together, with just enough chairs and no speeches. Alma Callahan is in Seahaven General after they twisted an ankle chasing a runaway shopping trolley. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Pear Harvest takes a turn. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
