Day 3734
Day 3734 in Seahaven Springs, under sunny skies. A lighthouse postcard has been added to today's mail. Truman Beaumont collects them, and Control knows it. Bea Callahan has kept at keeping a notebook about the pond long enough that the town expects it now. Truman Beaumont pretends not to have noticed the whispering, which is generous of them. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. A Surprise for Truman Beaumont reaches its conclusion. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
