Day 3740
Day 3740 in Seahaven Springs, under rainy skies. Truman Beaumont is in a staring contest with a gull on the dock. The gull is winning. Perry Gorse has stopped wondering about it, which is not quite the same as knowing. The puddle outside the Sunrise Café has returned to its usual dimensions. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Founders Day Festival Approaches reaches its conclusion. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
