Day 3828
Day 3828 in Seahaven Springs, under rainy skies. Flo Ferris is in a staring contest with a gull on the dock. The gull is winning. Wren Gorse has kept at keeping a notebook about the pond long enough that the town expects it now. The town cat is asleep on the Town Hall steps. Municipal business reroutes around it. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Motion Still Pending takes a turn. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
