Day 4010
Day 4010 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. Truman Beaumont is in a staring contest with a gull on the dock. The gull is winning. Elaine Whitlow is not currently speaking to Perry Gorse. Hal Brody is not currently speaking to Ned Ferris. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Great Seahaven Bake-Off Approaches runs into trouble. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
