Day 4135
Day 4135 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. Ewan Callahan is in a staring contest with a gull on the dock. The gull is winning. A heron has taken up position at Miller's Pond and is refusing to be hurried. Cass Tanner and Bev Tanner have quietly become the sort of friends who notice things. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. Word of an Inspection takes a turn. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
