Day 4145
Day 4145 in Seahaven Springs, under rainy skies. Commotion at The Anchor! Dell Tanner and Perry Gorse came to (very gentle) blows over a difference of opinion regarding the jukebox. Abel Callahan is in Seahaven General after they twisted an ankle chasing a runaway shopping trolley. Bram Tidewater is not currently speaking to Wilf Tanner. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. Word of an Inspection takes a turn. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
OPEN THIS DAY IN THE BROADCASTWhat was announced
01:00The lights of Seahaven Springs flickered for exactly three seconds. The town clock is unbothered.
08:00Fog has come in off the bay and stopped, very precisely, at the edge of town.
09:00Rain has begun over Seahaven Springs. Umbrellas deployed with suspicious synchronization.
11:00The puddle outside the Sunrise Café has returned to its usual dimensions.
11:00Three separate neighbours greeted Truman Beaumont with the identical sentence this morning.
12:25Truman Beaumont tidies what was already tidy. Dell Tanner hides one item, on instinct.

13:00A hedge has been trimmed one inch past a boundary. Diplomacy is under way.
14:00An unclaimed umbrella has been standing by the café door for three days.
16:00The rain has cleared. A rainbow appeared at a frankly cinematic angle.
17:00Clouds drift in over the bay. The fishermen pretend not to enjoy it.
18:00Dot Ferris has arrived at the store without the list. This has happened before.
18:47Sal Marino and Hattie Whitlow kept their word and finished what they started.
20:00Someone is practising the same eight bars of piano again. The town has grown fond of them.
21:00The sun breaks through over Seahaven Springs, precisely on cue.
21:28Wren Gorse has reached the storytelling stage at The Anchor.
22:01Ike Tidewater has decided the dartboard is at fault and said so publicly.
22:03Flo Ferris is describing a fish that grows between each telling.
22:04Iris Brody is negotiating with a bar stool and appears to be losing.
22:11Lark Ferris is teaching the room a song that appears to have no chorus.
22:13Somebody behind the bar has quietly moved Dell Tanner onto the water. Dell Tanner has not noticed.
22:18Mabel Tidewater is negotiating with a bar stool and appears to be losing.
22:23Perry Gorse is describing a fish that grows between each telling.
