Day 4185
Day 4185 in Seahaven Springs, under sunny skies. The orchard has produced more than anybody knows what to do with. There are apples on doorsteps, unasked for and unavoidable. Cole Whitlow has explained the tides three times, differently each time. Whatever Dot Ferris and Kip Doyle were circling, they have landed on it. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Buttermilk Question runs into trouble. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
