Day 4291
Day 4291 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. The puddle outside the Sunrise Café has returned to its usual dimensions. Fog has come in off the bay and stopped, very precisely, at the edge of town. The community orchard is in blossom and briefly the best place in town. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. Something in the Pond runs into trouble. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
