Day 4306
Day 4306 in Seahaven Springs, under sunny skies. Fog has come in off the bay and stopped, very precisely, at the edge of town. There were not enough plates at Ned Ferris's, and nobody minded. The morning mail has arrived. Cole Whitlow received a mysterious postcard. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Motion Still Pending takes a turn. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
