Day 4453
Day 4453 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. Dot Ferris is conducting an imaginary orchestra near the dartboard. The town ladder is on its fourth borrower this week and nobody is sure who owns it. Hattie Whitlow tidies what was already tidy. Opal Ferris hides one item, on instinct. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. Word of an Inspection takes a turn. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
