Day 4530
Day 4530 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. The queue at the bakery has reached the door. Nobody minds; it is that kind of queue. Kip Doyle and Dot Ferris have quietly become the sort of friends who notice things. Cole Whitlow's small gathering has come together, with just enough chairs and no speeches. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Sea Glass Season reaches its conclusion. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
