Day 4574
Day 4574 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. Cole Whitlow is in a staring contest with a gull on the dock. The gull is winning. A lighthouse postcard has been added to today's mail. Truman Beaumont collects them, and Control knows it. It is Wednesday lunch in Founders Park. Benches are being claimed diplomatically. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Apple Harvest runs into trouble. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
