Day 4583
Day 4583 in Seahaven Springs, under rainy skies. Bea Callahan has been released from the Sheriff's office with a stern word and a handshake. Fog has come in off the bay and stopped, very precisely, at the edge of town. Bea Callahan is not currently speaking to Mabel Tidewater. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. A Wager on the Weather takes a turn. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
