Day 4884
Day 4884 in Seahaven Springs, under sunny skies. The mackerel have moved on. Seahaven Springs will be eating fish for a week regardless. Fog has come in off the bay and stopped, very precisely, at the edge of town. Silas Tidewater was born to Bram Tidewater and Hattie Whitlow. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Loaf That Cannot Be Repeated takes a turn. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
