Day 4887
Day 4887 in Seahaven Springs, under sunny skies. Wren Gorse has been released from the Sheriff's office with a stern word and a handshake. The town cat is asleep on the Town Hall steps. Municipal business reroutes around it. The tide is out further than usual. Bev Tanner has gone to look at what it left behind. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Book Nobody Finished runs into trouble. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
