Day 4985
Day 4985 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. Milo Ferris is in a staring contest with a gull on the dock. The gull is winning. The morning mail has arrived. Fern Gorse received a mysterious postcard. Both routes are declared excellent. Everyone returns to the way they always went. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
