Day 5055
Day 5055 in Seahaven Springs, under rainy skies. Wren Gorse has been discharged from Seahaven General and is right as rain. The mackerel have moved on. Seahaven Springs will be eating fish for a week regardless. The Town Hall clock and the bakery clock disagree by two minutes. Both are certain. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. A Quiet Week for the Sheriff reaches its conclusion. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
