Day 5085
Day 5085 in Seahaven Springs, under rainy skies. Dot Ferris is in a staring contest with a gull on the dock. The gull is winning. Marla Finch has an answer, of a sort, and has decided it will do. Nell Tidewater was born to Mabel Tidewater and Dell Tanner. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. Something in the Pond reaches its conclusion. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
