Day 5378
Day 5378 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. Silas Tidewater has been discharged from Seahaven General and is right as rain. Elaine Whitlow is in a staring contest with a gull on the dock. The gull is winning. Mabel Tidewater has come down with a case of the Seahaven sniffles and is being kept in for observation. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. Talent Night at The Anchor runs into trouble. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
