Day 5470
Day 5470 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. Bea Callahan and Linus Tidewater have got into the habit of each other. The community orchard is in blossom and briefly the best place in town. Elaine Whitlow is not brilliant at sketching the shoreline, and is no longer pretending to be. It stuck anyway. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Shortcut reaches its conclusion. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
