Day 5474
Day 5474 in Seahaven Springs, under sunny skies. Dot Ferris has been released from the Sheriff's office with a stern word and a handshake. The orchard is loud with bees. Nobody has been stung in living memory. The morning mail has arrived. Opal Ferris received a mysterious postcard. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. A Wager on the Weather reaches its conclusion. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
