Day 5546
Day 5546 in Seahaven Springs, under sunny skies. Opal Ferris and Fern Gorse have quietly become the sort of friends who notice things. Fog has come in off the bay and stopped, very precisely, at the edge of town. Linus Tidewater has finally had everyone round. Nobody left early. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. A Wager on the Weather reaches its conclusion. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
