Day 5553
Day 5553 in Seahaven Springs, under rainy skies. The tide is out further than usual. someone has gone to look at what it left behind. The morning mail has arrived. Alma Callahan received a mysterious postcard. Whatever Flo Ferris and Bram Tidewater were circling, they have landed on it. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Loaf That Cannot Be Repeated takes a turn. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
