Day 5565
Day 5565 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. Milo Ferris has been released from the Sheriff's office with a stern word and a handshake. Fog has come in off the bay and stopped, very precisely, at the edge of town. The queue at the bakery has reached the door. Nobody minds; it is that kind of queue. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Shortcut runs into trouble. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
