Day 5674
Day 5674 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. Word has gone round the kitchens: Truman Beaumont is to be given his favourite, and no bill. An unclaimed umbrella has been standing by the café door for three days. Truman Beaumont is in Seahaven General after they caught a foot in the netting down at the dock. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
