Day 5699
Day 5699 in Seahaven Springs, under sunny skies. The lights of Seahaven Springs flickered for exactly three seconds. The town clock is unbothered. Fog has come in off the bay and stopped, very precisely, at the edge of town. Truman Beaumont finds a good piece early and is insufferable about it. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Sea Glass Season takes a turn. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
