Day 5784
Day 5784 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. It is too hot in Seahaven Springs. The tarmac on Front Street has gone soft and the Sunrise Café has put its chairs in the shade. Kip Doyle and Dot Ferris have got into the habit of each other. The puddle outside the Sunrise Café has returned to its usual dimensions. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Dog Nobody Owns runs into trouble. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
