Day 5972
Day 5972 in Seahaven Springs, under rainy skies. Fog has come in off the bay and stopped, very precisely, at the edge of town. Whatever Hal Brody and Ned Ferris were circling, they have landed on it. Bev Tanner is in Seahaven General after they lost a disagreement with a deckchair on the promenade. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
