What a day in Seahaven Springs! The rain brought umbrellas and complications in equal measure—poor June took a tumble down at the dock and landed herself a few nights at Seahaven General, where Dot is surely keeping her comfortable. But the town rallied as it always does: Sheriff Hal, sniffling through his own troubles, still managed to name a regatta judge from his sickbed, and by evening the clouds parted to reveal a rainbow so perfect it seemed almost scripted. Meanwhile, our traveling garden gnome continues its mysterious journey from porch to porch, Gus played a little harmonica by the dock (though he'll never admit it), and Sal forgot which road his evening drink was meant for—just another wonderfully ordinary evening in our little seaside town.
