A mystery visitor's regrets arrived by post, umbrellas bloomed across town as the rain swept in, and somewhere between the clouds and the rainbow, a kite got itself thoroughly stuck in the park tree—naturally, a committee formed. Truman asked Elaine about horizons and came away thinking about soil instead, while out at The Anchor, Rex proved once again that confidence and piano-playing ability are not distant cousins. By evening the sun had broken through, half the town had claimed a patch of warm ground to sit on, and all was right with Seahaven Springs once more.
