Day 1990

What a day in Seahaven Springs! Clouds rolled in to soften the bay, bees sang their endless summer song in the orchard, and somewhere a front door was repainted to fresh opinions—but the real news came when dear Dot took a tumble and found herself a patient at Seahaven General, where she's surely giving the nurses a run for their money. Meanwhile, the town hummed with its usual gentle chaos: Kip and Dot's suspicious lunch break is already legend, Truman sought gardening wisdom from Elaine (the bake-off dreams are real), and even Sal's gull standoff feels like a draw. As evening fell and rain came softly down, umbrellas bloomed across Seahaven Springs like flowers, and somewhere at The Anchor, Abel played piano like a man learning to believe in magic.
