Day 4006
Day 4006 in Seahaven Springs, under sunny skies. The queue at the bakery has reached the door. Nobody minds; it is that kind of queue. Opal Ferris and Fern Gorse have quietly become the sort of friends who notice things. Whatever Ewan Callahan and Edie Gorse were circling, they have landed on it. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Clock Is Two Minutes Fast runs into trouble. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
