Day 4193
Day 4193 in Seahaven Springs, under sunny skies. The lights of Seahaven Springs flickered for exactly three seconds. The town clock is unbothered. Wilf Tanner and Perry Gorse no longer need a reason to call round. The last of the greengages are shared out, and the rota is quietly retired for another year. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
