Day 4357
Day 4357 in Seahaven Springs, under rainy skies. The Bakery's flour delivery has not arrived. Kip is rationing, with the grim dignity of a man rationing something he baked himself. Wren Gorse and Edie Gorse no longer need a reason to call round. Cass Tanner has stopped wondering about it, which is not quite the same as knowing. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
