Meanwhile, Norma Quist sits under Dr. Pratt's care with a case of the Seahaven sniffles, the kite committee convenes to rescue a tree-bound flyer, and somewhere in the evening dusk, Gus Tidewater's harmonica drifted across the dock—though he swears the music came from anywhere but his own weathered hands. Tomorrow, as always, the town will wake and carry on, a little warmer for all its gentle chaos.
