Hal and Milo have made their peace, Elaine and Hal finished what they promised, and somewhere in all this, Truman received a postcard that's got him wondering about distant things. Meanwhile, the community is still diplomatically negotiating hedges and borrowed ladders, because in Seahaven Springs, even the smallest disagreements are solved with patience and a cup of coffee.
