Day 4680
Day 4680 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. Ewan Callahan is in a staring contest with a gull on the dock. The gull is winning. Fog has come in off the bay and stopped, very precisely, at the edge of town. Rex Callahan is not currently speaking to Ike Tidewater. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Quince Harvest reaches its conclusion. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
