Day 507

What a Wednesday it was in Seahaven Springs! Flo Tidewater came home from the hospital to a town abuzz with mysteries—a missing ladder still making the rounds, small gifts appearing like breadcrumbs through town, and a hedge dispute that required all of the town's famous diplomacy. Down at The Anchor, spirits were high and stories were flying until Fern Gorse and Milo Ferris let their tempers get the better of them over an old fishing tale, landing Fern in Sheriff Brody's holding cell for a cooling-off period (which everyone agrees is exactly what she needs). Meanwhile, the lights flickered for just a moment, Hal received a mysterious postcard from somewhere far away, and somewhere in the evening rain, Gus played a harmonica he absolutely did not play—or so he claims. Tomorrow, we'll see who comes to visit Fern, and whether anyone finally figures out where that ladder belongs.
