Day 5393
Day 5393 in Seahaven Springs, under rainy skies. A lighthouse postcard has been added to today's mail. Truman Beaumont collects them, and Control knows it. One small Seahaven question is settled, and Kip Doyle is already eyeing another. The queue at the bakery has reached the door. Nobody minds; it is that kind of queue. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
