Day 5394
Day 5394 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. Lark Ferris is in a staring contest with a gull on the dock. The gull is winning. The tide is out further than usual. Hattie Whitlow has gone to look at what it left behind. Whatever Perry Gorse and Truman Beaumont were circling, they have landed on it. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Fish Pie Question runs into trouble. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
