Day 5467
Day 5467 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. Dot Ferris has been released from the Sheriff's office with a stern word and a handshake. The lights of Seahaven Springs flickered for exactly three seconds. The town clock is unbothered. The tide is out further than usual. Dot Ferris has gone to look at what it left behind. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Shortcut begins. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
