Day 5499
Day 5499 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. Nothing has happened in Seahaven Springs for three days. The Sheriff is restless. Ned Ferris is not brilliant at sketching the shoreline, and is no longer pretending to be. It stuck anyway. An unclaimed umbrella has been standing by the café door for three days. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. A Quiet Week for the Sheriff runs into trouble. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
