Day 5656
Day 5656 in Seahaven Springs, under cloudy skies. Iris Brody has been released from the Sheriff's office with a stern word and a handshake. A lighthouse postcard has been added to today's mail. Truman Beaumont collects them, and Control knows it. Alma Callahan is in a staring contest with a gull on the dock. The gull is winning. Nothing bad ever happens here — but something is always going on. The Battle of the Noticeboard reaches its conclusion. Goodnight, Truman. In case we don't see you: good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.
